Terms of Service – Fitness Center

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account via Google Sign-In or accessing our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

Fitness Center is intended for gym owners, fitness studio operators, trainers, and fitness managers who are at least 18 years of age.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google login credentials.
• You are responsible for all data, member details, and activities that occur under your authenticated account.
• You must have the proper authority or consent from your members and trainers to enter their contact details into your gym directory.

3. Member & Customer Data Privacy

As a gym or studio operator utilizing Fitness Center, you acknowledge that you are the data controller for the member, client, and trainer information you input into the system. You agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding the collection and storage of personal contact information. We provide secure cloud storage via Google Cloud Firestore and guarantee zero third-party disclosure of your records.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the application to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the application infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, UI design, trademarks, logos, and features in Fitness Center are the exclusive property of Quickcare Solutions / QuickCareLabs. You retain full ownership of all gym data, member records, and business content you upload.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide continuous availability. However, we may periodically perform maintenance, updates, or introduce new features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". While we employ robust Google Cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability and data safety, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
