All application data is securely stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase), an enterprise-grade cloud database platform operated by Google:

• Granular Security Rules: Firestore security rules ensure that gym records, members, trainers, and membership information are accessible solely by the authenticated gym owner account that created them.
• Cloud Security: Google Cloud infrastructure complies with major international standards including ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1/2/3, and GDPR.

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity securely via Google Sign-In.
• Enable you to register, view, update, and manage your gym members.
• Organize trainer rosters, specializations, and class assignments.
• Configure membership tiers, pricing, duration, and track renewals or expiries.
• Display gym dashboard summaries, active member counts, and operational metrics.
• Provide customer support and resolve technical inquiries when you contact us.

4. Third-Party Services & No Advertising

• No Third-Party Data Sharing: We do not share your data with any third party for marketing, profiling, behavioral targeting, or commercial gain.
• No Third-Party Ad Networks: Fitness Center does not embed third-party advertising SDKs or tracking pixels.
• Essential Infrastructure Only: We use Google Firebase (Google Authentication & Google Cloud Firestore) solely as technical service providers to host authentication and database services on our behalf.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your gym profile, member data, and trainer records only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services.

You maintain complete ownership of your data. You may delete individual member or trainer records at any time directly within the app.

To permanently delete your entire account, including all Google Auth credentials and all associated Firestore collections (members, trainers, memberships, gym profile), please visit our dedicated Account and Data Deletion Instructions Page or email us at support@quickcarelabs.com. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

6. Data Security Safeguards

We implement comprehensive technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal and gym business data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to Firestore collections is strictly gated by authentication tokens and rules validating your authenticated user identity.

7. Children's Privacy

Fitness Center is a business management tool intended for gym owners, managers, and fitness professionals who are at least 18 years of age. The application does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
