Account & Data Deletion Instructions

Fitness Center (Gym, Trainer & Member Management)

In compliance with the Google Play User Data and Account Deletion Policy, users of Fitness Center have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal and gym business data.

Important: Permanent Action

Deleting your account is permanent. All your gym configurations, member rosters, trainer profiles, and membership tiers stored in Google Cloud Firestore will be permanently purged and cannot be recovered.

1. What Data Will Be Deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently deleted from our servers and Google Cloud Firestore:

  • User Profile & Google Auth Data: Your Google User ID (UID), email address, name, and profile photo association.
  • Gym / Facility Profile: Gym name, contact number, address, and settings.
  • Member Records: Full member list, contact numbers, email addresses, join dates, and membership status.
  • Trainer Profiles: Trainer contact information, assigned roles, and schedules.
  • Membership & Class Plans: Custom membership tiers, pricing, duration configurations, and class schedules.

2. Data Retention & Timeline

We do not retain unnecessary data after an account deletion request is verified. All active records in our Firestore database are deleted within 7 business days. Any residual database backup snapshots are completely overwritten and purged in accordance with standard Google Cloud disaster recovery cycles (within 30 days).

3. How to Submit a Deletion Request

You can request account deletion via the mobile app or directly through email (without needing to reinstall the app):

  1. Open the Fitness Center app on your device.
  2. Go to your Profile / Settings screen.
  3. Scroll to the Account & Security section.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm the confirmation prompt.

If you have already uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion via the web, you can send an email directly to our support team:

Required Details: Your registered Google Account email address and your Gym / Business Name.

Account deletion requests submitted via email are verified and processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.
