Welcome to CareCenter, operated by Quickcare Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CareCenter platform, web interfaces, and automated WhatsApp communication channels (the "Service").
By booking an appointment, interacting with our WhatsApp bot/messaging system, or registering as a healthcare provider, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
CareCenter is an administrative and communication technology platform that connects patients with registered healthcare clinics and medical doctors.
The platform facilitates appointment scheduling, slot confirmations, reminder notifications, and healthcare administrative management.
CareCenter is an appointment booking and scheduling tool. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency medical triage. If you or a family member are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency medical service (e.g., 112 / 911 / 108) or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.
Our automated messaging operates using official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API tools and Embedded Signup mechanisms.
When using CareCenter via WhatsApp or our web portal, you agree to:
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is collected solely to serve your appointment booking and is handled ephemerally without being sold or disclosed to unauthorized third parties. For data deletion procedures, visit our Data Deletion Instructions.
The actual medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment are provided solely by the independent healthcare professional or clinic. Quickcare Solutions and CareCenter do not practice medicine and are not responsible for clinical decisions made by medical providers.
CareCenter and Quickcare Solutions provide the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, message delivery delays caused by telecommunications or Meta API outages, or clinic scheduling adjustments.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to this URL. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
